    The information and analytical systems of regional public authorities (IAS of RPA) is an integral technological, software and information environment for creation, storage, analysis and distribution of information in the field of finance, economics and economic activities in the interests of public authorities and local self-governance, organizations and individuals.

    The IAS of RPA allows management of the Russian Federation constituent entity at a high level through providing information and analytical support to activities of economic entities in the field of providing state services to the population.

    Implemented projects:
    The project is implemented in the Chuvash Republic.

  • 3Automated System "Management of state property"

    The "Management of state property" system (AS MSP) enables to automate activities of public authorities involved in maintaining a register of the Russian Federation state property. Using this product saves time spent on search for information on a requested query, and enables to keep the data on state property up to date.
    The system is intended for ensuring implementation of the following complexes of tasks and functions:

    • keeping an electronic register of state property of the Russian Federation, a constituent entity of the Russian Federation, or a municipal entity (the register provides a full description of properties, their being assigned to specific entities: economic entities, the treasury, public authorities), encumbrance of property in the form of lease, pledge, security, etc.;
    • keeping an electronic register of state enterprises and institutionsб and databases of results of their economic activities;
    • analysis of results of economic activities of state enterprises and business entities having a share of regional property in their authorized capital;
    • registration of decisions and monitoring of fulfillment of decisions of inter-departmental outcome commission;
    • registration of contracts made with heads of state enterprises;
    • registration of additional data on enterprises;
    • monitoring of processes of consideration of cases related to management of state property.

  • 4 Information system for management of residential and utility complex

    The standardized software and hardware solution "Information system for management of residential and utility complex" is intended as a basis for creating information analytical systems automating activities of authorized executive bodies of the Russian Federation constituent entities. The solution was developed by the Compulink Group on order from the Russian Federation Ministry of Communications.

    Ministry of construction and architecture of the Republic of Tatarstan.

  • 5 Automated system "Public Procurement"

    The automated system "Public Procurement" solves tasks of integrated information and analytical support of activities of state, municipal customers and executive bodies in the field of procurement of products and services for state and municipal needs.
    The system was developed by the Compulink Group and transferred to commercial operation on order from the Russian Federation Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.

  • 6System of provision of public services based on the one stop principle

    This information system is intended for support to activities of public authorities in the field of providing social services based on the one stop principle. Using the solution offered by the Compulink Group enables to considerably improve the efficiency of activities of social public institutions, ensuring an appropriate level of information and technical development.

  • 7Automated information system "Foreign Trade Information"

    The automated information system "Licensing of foreign trade activities" comprises the following subsystems:
    "Portal for foreign trade participants" is accessible for the Internet users, intended for individuals and representatives of organizations exercising foreign trade activities and serves as a single point of access to information on the procedure for import/export of goods into/out of the territory of the Customs Union.
    "Execution of licenses" is intended for work of employees of the Russian Federation Ministry of Industry and Trade and its territorial bodies, and ensures comprehensive automated support to processes of state regulation of foreign trade activities.

  • 8 Automated system for ensuring organization of activities of the staff of public authority

    The automated system for ensuring organization of activities of the staff of public authorities (PA) is developed with consideration of modern requirements to prompt and accurate operation of the PA staff. The automated system for ensuring organization of activities of the staff of PA developed by the Compulink Group is intended for solving the following issues:

    • monitoring of coordination, approval or modification of a plan of activities of PA;
    • automation of the process of planning activities of PA;
    • monitoring of fulfillment of plans;
    • ensuring information support at the preparatory stage of a session;
    • informational and methodological support of preparation and implementation of activities of PA.

    The AIS for supporting functions of project customer within various target programs is a versatile, modern and efficient solution from the Compulink Group, which enables to solve the following issues:

    • accounting and preliminary planning of tenders;
    • planning of the scope and composition of projects with consideration of their cost; simulation of allocation of budget funds to particular target programs;

    In the course of placement of an order, companies would often face the problems of publishing information on procurement, accounting of requests of suppliers, etc. Automation of the process of placement of orders enables the company's management to attain higher efficiency of procurement activities without spending considerable time and efforts.
    The solution offered by the Compulink Group enables:

    • to automate preparation of information on placement of order and publishing the same in the Internet;
    • to publish information on the course of placement of orders and its results in the Internet;

    The control and analytical system of placement of orders is needed to large corporations characterized by large amounts of procurement and necessity of continuous control of the process of placement of orders. Automation of the processes of control of placement of orders enables to exercise control in a way ensuring optimization of financial costs and time spent.

    The solution provided by the Compulink Group is intended for:

    • monitoring and planning of inspections of procurement activities;

  • 12 Information analytical system "Open Budget"

    The "Open Budget" information and analytical system is a replicable solution that was developed by the Compulink Group within the existing approaches to creation of electronic government in the Russian Federation regions.
    The "Open Budget" information and analytical system is aimed at having individuals, representatives of public authorities and civil society institutions engaged in generation of an efficient social policy, proper allocation of budgetary funds. To this effect, it is planned to place information that would be interesting to users (values of expenses and revenues of the budget, etc.), to create communication platforms for discussion, to integrate the system with already existing portals and services of public services of a particular region.

  • 13The "Trust in Public Servant" information and analytical system

    The "Trust in Public Servants" information and analytical system (IAS) is developed by the Compulink Group for raising the quality of providing the population with state services. This objective may be attained through acquisition of information from various sources as regards the attitude of citizens to public servants and their activities, analytical processing of obtained data and their disclosure.

  • 14The "Jury" system

    The "Jury" system is a component of the "Judicial Office Work" suite of the "Justice" State Automated System. This system is developed by the Compulink Group and is orientated at general jurisdiction courts, where criminal cases are heard with participation of the jury, and is intended for keeping the history of participation of citizens in court hearings as members of the jury.

    Implemented projects:
    The system is implemented and used in operation in 85 regional courts, as well as 15 military district courts.

  • 15System for support to sessions of the College of the Russian Federation Audit Chamber

    The system is intended for providing information and reference support to activities of the College of the Russian Federation Audit Chamber at development and adoption of draft laws and decisions on social and economic situation in the country. The system enables to analyze available data, make simulation multifactor models of situation development in future and generate long-term forecasts based on the above models.
